Hello, today’s Top Recipe is... Gobi Manchurian. So here is a simple step-by-step guide to our great Gobi Manchurian. Ingredients:
Manchurian Balls:
1. 2 cups Cabbage, grated
2. 1 cup Carrot, grated
3. 2 tbsp Plain Flour
4. 1 tbsp Corn Flour/Powder
5. 1 Chili, chopped
6. 1 tsp Garlic, chopped
Manchurian Gravy:
1. 3 tbsp Chings Manchurian Masala
2. 300 ml Water (Rome Temperature)
3. Half Onion, chopped
4. Half Carrot, chopped
Instructions:
Manchurian Balls:
1. Mix the Cabbage and Carrot, eventually adding all the other ingredients.
2. Make medium balls with the mixture.
3. Preheat a pan for about 5 minutes.
4. Then take the Manchurian Balls and fry them on medium heat until they turn into the color of golden-brown.
5. Then leave them to cool on another plate.
Manchurian Gravy:
1. Take the Chings Masala, and mix it with the water in a bowl.
2. Preheat a pan for 5 minute.
3. Then add a little oil on the pan and fry the Onions and Carrots, until they turn golden-brown.
4. Then add the Chings Masala mix and put it on medium heat, and leave it until the mix become thick.
4. Then add the Manchurian balls, and leave for another 2-3 minutes and then your Gobi Manchurian is ready to serve.
